Glean & Grow Co. was built from a desire to use my skills with intention, serving others with excellence, integrity, and care. I believe meaningful work starts with purpose, and that business can be a powerful way to reflect what matters most.

The name Glean & Grow comes from the Book of Ruth, where gleaning represents faithfulness, provision, and thoughtful stewardship. That story deeply influences how I approach my work—helping businesses gather what’s already there, refine it, and grow with purpose.

I bring both education and practical strategy to every project. I hold an Associate of Arts in Business, a Digital Marketing Certificate, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management through the College of Western Idaho, along with an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy. These foundations allow me to create marketing systems that are not only effective, but intentional and sustainable.

I’m especially passionate about helping local small businesses, particularly here in Idaho, build marketing foundations that are honest, values-driven, and designed for long-term growth. My goal is to support business owners in stewarding what they’ve built well, so their work can continue to grow and serve others.
